What does AWANA stand for?
Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed which is taken from 2 Timothy 2:15
Who Can Attend AWANA?
All children from age 3 through the 6th grade. There are clubs designed for each age group. Cubbies, Sparks, Truth & Training for boys and girls.
Unfortunately due to the impacts of COVID on staffing, Grand Heights is only able to enrolling children of families who attend Grand Heights and children who were part of the 2019-2020 Grand Heights AWANA program.
When does AWANA meet?
Each Sunday night from 5:30 to 6:30 P.M. during the school year beginning in September and ending in April.
Why should I come to AWANA?
1. To learn life-changing Truth from the Bible so you can become a follower of Christ!
2. To memorize Scripture verses so you can learn to treasure God and His Word!
3. To build good relationships with other children while enjoying an assortment of structured games in our gym!
4. To build great relationships with Christian leaders who have a genuine love for God and for children.
